Grass Cutting Crew Members

Pay: $17.00/hour for experienced commercial mower operators
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Benefits: Paid holidays after 90 days with no unexcused absences

Requirements:

• Experience operating commercial mowers without damaging turf
• Skilled with weed-wacking—thorough yet precise
• Team player who takes initiative and follows directions
• Ready to work 5 minutes before start time
• Willing to work rain makeup days on Saturdays when needed
• Available for snow removal and firewood work during winter months

Advancement opportunities available

Landscape Crew Leader

Pay: $24.00+/hour depending on experience and skill level
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Benefits: Paid holidays after 90 days with no unexcused absences, pension fund available

Requirements:

• Proven landscaping experience and leadership ability
• Knowledge of proper pruning, planting, edging, and weeding techniques
• Chemical applicator license helpful
• Professional demeanor with customers and coworkers
• Computer skills a plus
• Punctual, organized, and able to prepare truck and equipment daily
• Available for snow removal and equipment maintenance during winter
• Willing to work rain makeup days or shop work as needed

This is a working leadership position—you’ll work alongside a 2-person crew moving from job to job.
